Who is in charge of implementing laws regarding Child sex abuse?
Ok, sense my last question received no results, I figure I'll just ask this.
Who is in charge of laws regarding Child Sex Abuse and Pedophiles in the United States? If one were to petition for tougher laws regarding this, who would they send the petition to?

Criminal laws are state laws. not even murder is a federal crime unless it happens on federal property, You could send the petition to the Governor but if you live in a large state, sending it your Representative in the state legislature would get more attention.
