Question by Ant: girlfriend is pregnant?

Where do I begin, I lied to myself and everyone else thinking moving out with her FOR HER would improve our relationship, it hasn't, it never was. So am i suppose to believe that if moving out of the comfort of my own home, for her, lying to myself saying "Hey, if it don't work, you tried EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK, NO HARD FEELINGS, HER MOM WILL PAY FOR BROKEN LEASE(which was true)", while having big thoughts it won't work? What was the harm?
Her being my 1st girlfriend and all, with her past relationship experience and the unfathomable love I HAD in the 1st 7-8months, believing her when she would say "you will regret this for the rest of your life" as I had all her stuff packed to break up with her just 1 1/2 months ago, I went against my own gut, trusting her over my own self b/c i was more worried about regret.

The regret of leaving her, is nowhere near the REGRET I have for sticking out this apartment thing until I just COULDN'T stand it anymore! I felt she deserved that attempt. I trusted her with everything. At the beginning my family was utterly happy for me, seeing how inseparable we where.. LITERALLY! later on when my family would tell me "There's other fish in the sea", "She's controlling you" "your babying her", My dad: "You can do better" I thought and told them I was listening, believing myself I was. Well, look where that got me.
EVERY MAJOR THING she has put me through, Moving out, Feeling sorry for her situation at home, The other 7 unnecessary pregnancy scares, her saying "Your the only one that loves me", You are all I have", her knowing she has loved me more than I love her as of late, has led me to this. It's not her fault she got pregnant while being on the pill. We had sex when she was on the shot, the pill then back to the pill over the course of 1 1/2 yrs. So as I feel towards myself. I went from a horny virgin, funny/nice kid with good intentions & comfortable freedom to a Naive, Push Over, Ashamed, Kind-heart Delusional depressed, whilst going against "instincts" and OWN family's opinion for someone I haven't loved the same since the 1st 7-8months jerk.

If she wanted to more then consider getting a abortion,(not needing me to telling her without me risking threatening her and loosing out on my potential child, plus our standing relationship) I wouldn't stop her. There's that possible REGRET but that risk sounds better than being a ashamed father raising a child with someone who I will possibly always regret meeting, leaving the child with a broken family, no mom or dad living under same roof, but hey, I said with no confidence really " well, maybe this will bring us closer together", she said "yes", or "Yes it will".... All I can do is hope, although HOPE is what got me here. A positive is this isn't the end of the world, but a BIG LESSON I wish I could remove from my life.
