Why would a girl make a blog of her sex life and suggestions for better sex?

There is this one girl in my class who has an actual blog on her facebook of her sexual encounters and her tips for better sex. Why the hell would anyone do that? Isn't that mad slutty and nasty? Like I for one would not want to approach her even though she is hot just because I would not want an std.
